As a UX/UI/Product Designer and researcher specializing in startups and large corporations, I excel at juggling multiple teams and wearing various hats. With expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, SQL, JavaScript, React, Bootstrap, and prototyping, I conduct team workshops, user interviews, and focus groups to gather valuable insights.
 
Creating presentations with high-level findings for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business goals. I use heatmaps to analyze usability testing with the help of tools like Hotjar, user Zoom, and live prototypes to maintain the user behavior data repository.
 
Holding a UX/UI Certificate from York University and a Bachelor of Design from Emily Carr University of Arts & Design, I am dedicated to applying my deep understanding of human psychology and AI guidelines to enhance user interactions with digital products.
